Active Listening

We can listen four times faster than a presenter can lecture? That leaves 45 seconds out of every minute for our minds to wander away from the lecture and become distracted.

One effective way to stay focused and regain our ability to concentrate is to employ active listening techniques.

This program will explore these techniques and how to use them to become a better active listener.
